Shipping and Handling Policies

  • Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and handling.

  • Orders will be shipped through USPS and will ALWAYS include a tracking number after an order has been shipped.

  • Once your order has been dropped off at the post office we are no longer responsible for your package.

  • We are not responsible for delays or transit issues.

    • please check with your local post office for more information on your package or to file a claim.

    • If your order has been marked as delivered and have not yet received it please check with your local post office for further details. We will not resend out packages.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

    • Contact USPS through their website and file a complaint with them.

  • If you enter an incorrect address at checkout it is your responsibility to contact us before your package is shipped out. Once it is shipped out it is no longer our responsibility. The buyer must pay additional shipping fees to reship the order. Shipping fees will be paid through the website.

  • Returns & Exchanges are not accepted.

  • Order cancelations are not accepted. All orders are FINAL.

  • All sales are final, by purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to have gone over our policies.

Jewelry aftercare Policy

  • Once your order has been delivered we are not responsible if your jewelry breaks or tarnishes.
